How to find matching talent in the Talent Feed
At the top of the Talent Feed, you pick the job you're hiring for. The feed then shows talent from the Instaffo talent pool who match that job.
- Quick filters for a first overview. For example "New talent", "Recently active", "Exact Salary match" or people who have already shown interest in your job.
- More filters for the details. Narrow the list by job role, seniority, industry experience, companies in the CV or location with a radius.
- Must-have skills are highlighted on every talent card. You spot skills that fit your job right away.
Recommendations from the Recruiting Agent
The Recruiting Agent searches the Instaffo talent pool for people who match your requirements and brings you recommendations. In the Talent Feed, you find them in the "Saved" tab, marked as "Recommendation".
